Somatic Education Beyond Nervous System Regulation.
Burnout Recovery for helpers, Educators, Therapists, & Leaders.
You don't need better coping skills. You need a nervous system that can hold pressure, responsibility, conflict, and power without collapsing or over-functioning.
I work with helpers, healers, educators, therapists, and leaders who are exhausted from carrying too much inside systems that reward overwork, emotional labor, and constant capacity.
Most high-capacity people already understand nervous system regulation. They've studied polyvagal theory. They practice mindfulness. They know fight, flight, freeze, and fawn.
And they're still exhausted.
Because nervous system regulation without context often turns into self-management inside dysfunctional systems.
Over-functioning, perfectionism, chronic hyper-responsibility, and collapse aren't personality flaws. They are predictable nervous system adaptations to prolonged pressure.
That's where somatic education becomes different from coping.
Instead of asking: "How do I regulate better?"
We ask: "What conditions trained my nervous system to override itself—and what would it take to rebuild sustainable leadership from the inside out?"
What This Work Does
This is trauma-informed somatic education for people who hold responsibility in families, organizations, and communities.
Together, we:
Expand nervous system capacity under sustained stress
Reduce burnout and chronic over-functioning
Support sustainable leadership without self-abandonment
Restore embodied authority in high-demand environments
This isn't therapy.
It's not performance coaching.
It's nervous system literacy for people shaping families, organizations, and communities.
